General terms and conditions are made to regulate the intercourse between CENTRAL MONGOLIA TOUR /Wanderlust sojourner tour Co.,Ltd/, which is regulated by Mongolian law, with the register numbers of 7008241 (register number) and the customer or client.
As an organizer of your travel, the Agency guarantees implementation of the program as described in the arrangement that they organize and that you have received. The content of arrangement will be realized in full and as described above, except in case of exceptional circumstances (riots, sanitary problems, natural disasters, local authorities etc.)
By booking, it is considered that the user understands the arrangement of the general terms and conditions of the contract and that he fully accepts them as the sole basis for the regulation of the mutual rights and obligations.
Booking, Payments and Cancellations
When you select a trip and click on the button “Check availability” located in the right-hand corner, the form “Billing Details” will appear. Fill it in correctly and click the CONFIRM BOOKING button to confirm your trip. You do not need to pay deposit.
On the day of the trip, our staff will visit your accommodation and collect the payment. Your trip will start. You can pay in the following currency units. /USD, EUR, GBP, CNY, KRW, AUD, JPY, HKD/
If you want to cancel your trip, you just need to notify us 24 hours in advance.
Itineraries & tour details
The itineraries of the tours that chosen by you indicates places you will be visiting. The itinerary of the tour requires a flexible approach to the planned destination and all clients should accept this flexibility and think that delays and alterations could occur during the trips.
As an organizer of your travel, we are aware that your security and time of stay are the most important things. Comprehensive travel insurance is essential, therefore, whenever you travel abroad. We recommend you that you should arrange own travel insurance.
Our tours are group tours, so you may be alone or joined by others on the day you choose.
