Depart from Ulaanbaatar in the morning 07.30a.m and drive toward Ogii Lake, a beautiful frozen lake in Arkhangai Province. On the way, stop to visit the ruins of Khairkhan Bukh Fortress and enjoy the peaceful winter scenery.
Stay in a heated winter tent on the lake, with a cozy stove inside. Outdoor dinner will be prepared on the stove inside the tent, right on the ice of Ogii Lake. After dinner, transfer to Kharkhorin town for an overnight stay in ger camp with shower and electric.

In the morning, explore Kharkhorin (Karakorum) – the ancient capital of the Mongol Empire – and visit Erdene Zuu Monastery, one of Mongolia’s oldest Buddhist sites. After lunch, drive to the Tsenkher Hot Springs in Arkhangai Province. Enjoy bathing in the natural hot springs surrounded by snow-covered hills. Overnight stay at a local guesthouse near the springs.

After breakfast, return toward Kharkhorin for lunch, then continue to the Elsen Tasarkhai sand dunes, a unique area where desert, steppe, and mountain landscapes meet. Enjoy a camel riding experience and visit a nomadic herder family, where you will stay overnight in a traditional ger (yurt). No electric and no shower.

After breakfast, drive to Khustai National Park to see the Przewalski’s wild horses (Takhi) in their natural habitat. In the evening, return to Ulaanbaatar and stay overnight at Central Mongolia Tour Guesthouse. Guesthouse have a men and women separate clean room.
